Responsibilities Include :

• Perform bill entry and review procedures using accounting software and platforms like Sage Intacct.
• Oversee the entire payment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments and receipts.
• Manage credit agreements with vendors and monitor for potential discounts.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.
• Allocate expenses across company locations appropriately.

Qualifications Include :

• Experience in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable role
• Strong understanding of current and past accounting principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and platforms such as Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, and bill.com.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders.
